Moore Master Coaching — Terms of Service

The following are the terms and conditions that govern every purchase from Moore Master Coaching (“MMC”):

  1. All sales are final; no refunds.

  2. Rescheduling: If a call cannot be held or completed as scheduled due to technical or other issues on MMC’s side, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible with the same Master Coach or another Master Coach.

  3. Delays: If a call is delayed by unforeseen technical difficulties, MMC will extend the call when possible so the full session length is delivered.

  4. Client-side connectivity: MMC is not responsible for problems caused by your phone, internet connection, or device.

  5. Recording quality: MMC takes every reasonable step to provide high-quality audio, but volume and clarity may vary due to factors beyond MMC’s control.

  6. Q&A time: MMC will endeavor to have as many participant questions as possible answered by the Master Coach.

  7. Recording & consent: All Master Coaching calls are recorded. By attending, speaking, or being coached, you acknowledge, release, and consent to the recording and to the future use of your voice and statements without compensation.

  8. Payment security: MMC does not store credit-card numbers or personal data. All transactions are processed through Stripe or PayPal.

  9. Personal-use license: Calls, recordings, bonuses, and related materials are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, uploaded, posted, sold, or distributed in any form or venue without prior written permission from MMC.

  10. Audio access & availability: Participants have ongoing access to the recordings which are delivered via a secure streaming-only player; downloads are not available. 

  11. Business Changes and Cessation: In the event of significant changes to (MMC) business operations that may impact the delivery or availability of services, or in the event of the cessation of business operations, participants will be provided with at least ninety (90) days' prior notice. During this notice period, access to all existing recordings will be maintained. Following the conclusion of the 90-day notice period, access to recordings and/or services may be altered or terminated, as specified in the notice.
