Carin Bladh. known as Carin Coach, Sweden, is the author of three interactive coachbooks, linked together in a holistic idea. She runs a podcast “Viktigt på riktigt, by Carin Coach” – “What really matters”. She has written for well know newspapers and a blog, for 30 years. Carin wears the highest badge of ICF (International Coach Federation). As an MCC (Master Certified Coach), she has conducted thousands of coaching sessions. She runs Carin Coach AB, established 2007. Her passion for this field of learning, coaching, and developing for more than 35 years is obvious. 

Carin supports leaders & athletes through advanced professional coaching by listening in more than 50 layers. Her work is based on science and modern research on presence. It is delicate, tailored and leaders get to know their unknown strengths, their hidden capacities. They learn more how to communicate inside themselves (intrapersonal), even subconsciously, and daily with others (interpersonal), such as: employees, customers, colleagues, friends, relatives… My coaching style is deep, creative, playful and built on positive psychology and neuroscience, where her clients tap in to and develop new areas of their inner source: for instance, emotional intelligence. The structured methodology, combined with her skills in converting tasks in contextual thinking, makes results that cover both business & life.

ICF Coachee Award 2016 in Gothenburg at old Ullevi. With joy, pride and a tear in my eye, I received a prize for my Coacheés. It concerned a project in which I had participated, with tremendous development at both individual and group level. The prize went to secondary school kids and their mentors. We collaborated for 3 years with magical results. CONGRATULATIONS! The project is described in my second Coach book, PLUSPOLEN. Book No. 2 of 3 in the Coach trilogy - my life's work.
