Corey is an experienced executive, leadership, and team coach. He discovered his passion for supporting others in their development while climbing the corporate ladder in sales and operations leadership roles. He left his corporate senior leader path to pursue his passion for coaching and leadership development full-time. As the CEO of Scaling Leaders LLC (www.scalingleaders.com), Corey’s responsibilities include developing and supervising a cadre of fifty professional coaches and managing large-scale coaching engagements for his clients.

Corey is passionate about mentoring coaches. He created The Group Mentor Coaching Program for Credentialing, an ICF-accredited Coach Education Program that attracted over fifty coaches in its first full year. He continues to develop and deliver advanced coach education programs.

Corey earned a Bachelor of Health from The University of Texas and an Executive MBA from The University of Arkansas. He lives with his wife and children in Colorado Springs, CO. He enjoys weightlifting, mountain biking, snow skiing, and martial art movies.
