Jane Adshead-Grant MCC
Jane is a master accredited coach and certified mentor coach with the International Coach Federation and founder of her executive coaching practice since 2002. Her purpose is to support individuals, teams and organisations develop people-centric leadership and cultures focusing on people, purpose and performance. Additionally, Jane is Director, UK & Europe with the Barry Wehmiller Leadership Institute.
With over 30 years’ experience within people focused roles in professional and financial services Jane combines her passion for personal development, leadership and learning with Barry Wehmiller’s leadership culture to help leaders and organisations generate people and business growth in harmony.
Jane’s experience in previous roles include HR Executive within European and US Investment Banks and an International Law Firm (Linklaters, JP Morgan, DLJ, ABN Amro) where she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of resourcing and development of people across front line businesses. Jane’s work is underpinned with post graduate diplomas in Human Resources Management and Psychological Coaching. Additionally, Jane is an accredited coach, facilitator and teacher with Time to Think supporting others develop their independent thinking with rigour, courage and imagination in service of their professional and organisational aspirations. Jane is also author of Are you listening, or just waiting to speak? – The secret to propelling your business relationships.
Jane is married to Ed and they have two teenage daughters and a King Charles Cavalier called Charlie! Together they live in a typical English village ½ hour outside of London.
