A former officer with Charles Schwab and General Mills, she is a seasoned executive operating for the past ten years as an entrepreneur in organizational consulting and coaching.

As a leader, business owner, coach, mentor and trainer of coaches individually and inside of organizations, Janet was an early adopter for group and team coaching and creating a coach-centered workplace

Janet was the ICF Global President in 2012 and served on the Global Board for 5 years.  And for the past two years, she’s been the ICF Foundation President of the Board of Trustees.
