As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Master Certified Coach (MCC) and experienced group facilitator, Julie combines co-active coaching skills with unique problem-solving tools honed through 20 years in the creative services industry.

Julie has coached hundreds of individuals and provided executive coaching, team coaching and group facilitation inside organizations, including some of the biggest and best known brands in the world. She believes everyone deserves a champion and is deeply committed to being that champion for clients with whom she works. Her unique background attracts — and welcomes — creative types and other sometimes seemingly “difficult” people.

Julie earned additional certification in Co-Active Leadership from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), is certified in The Art of Innovation & Creativity from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), an Arbinger trained coach, having completed The Choice in Coaching: Arbinger Mastery Training for Coaches program and is a certified practioner of The Leadership Circle 360 assessment. She is an Executive Coach/Group Chair for Vistage International, the world’s leading peer advisory group and a member of the International Coach Federation, the Chicago Coach Federation and The Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, A Harvard Medical School Affiliate. Julie is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology.
