Mary Anna is an experienced leadership coach and communications specialist. She has influenced the profession in Ireland, as former President of the ICF, and internationally as an advisor.

Her career includes senior roles in the voluntary and public sectors. Moving, via a PhD on cultural change, to The Independent and into PR, with an emphasis on communications to promote behaviour change.

Mary Anna is a Master Certified Coach, winning awards for her innovative approach. She provides supervision and mentoring to coaches around the world and hosts the Coaching Presence podcast and community.

She employs a set of powerful techniques to help people be at their best, helping them understand their impact and their circumstances better.
